I want to export a list of groups a user is a memberof. I use a dsquery command for this.
Problem is this outputs multiple lines where I'd want everything in one line, divided by a semicolon so I can import it in excel.

You could use Word to replace the line breaks with a comma (a comma is the standard delimiter, not the semicolon).
Go to Edit<Replace. Then select the "More" button. Then at the botton expand the "Special" button. The option for your line breaks could be "Paragraph Mark", "Manual Page Break", or something else. You might have to do some trial and error to find the right one.
If this is something you will be doing a lot I would suggest creating a script to automate.
