hi everyone,

this is my problem when I try to access cmd or the regedit I get this message "cmd,(or regedit) has been disabled from the administrator". But I'm the only administrator.I ran a couple of spyware and virus programs but they haven't shown anything. Is there a way I can enable them again? thanks.

hulkster, Try the "Remove Restrictions Tool (RRT)" which is Free at the link below.

"Small and easy to use. Make sure you boot in to Safe Mode to use Remove Restrictions Tool (RRT). Just click on the buttons and it’ll do it’s job."
