The Clipbook viewer is missing from the start menu, so I located it in the System 32 folder, but when I try to run it the clipbook appears ok but then I get an error box "The clipbook service is unavailable or not started.Contact your system administrator to have this service started"
I've tried to enable in Services but the service will not start.
