I have spent many hours scouring the net and messing around with my network and have not been able to solve this problem: we have 3 comps running winXP pro connected with a linksys 704 internet gateway/router. we have an external dsl modem which connects to one comp that shares the connection through the network. I have tried to get the client computers to connect to all sites using static ips and dynamic ips. I have tried setting the DNS for both the client and host computers, but it just won't work. Some help would be greatly appreciated. Side note: i would like to do this with out a proxy program. Thanks

If You have DSL, Id suggest enabling DHCP in the router's configation, that is if Your provider assigned IP is dinamic, and not static. I'm assuming that this is an ethernet network.

pfecteau,
Do you mean that you got a problem on ICS which comes with Windows XP ? Clients can't access some sites (especially secure sites) because your ISP is using transparence proxy server.
