Certain internet explorer (6 with all patches) wont clear from the autocomplete. I have cleared it using clear auto complete and certain ones still clear. Have also deleted from registory in the Typedurls and it still does not clear. Any help would be welcome as stuck on this one. Cheers

One of the few things I have found that will do this is the new free spyware program that microsoft has for download. Under advanced tools it has a tracks eraser and that seems to wipe it out every time. Do a google search for microsoft antispyware beta and download it and install it and use it.

Cheers - No the sites aren't dodgy. Tried the microsoft spyware remover and still no joy. Will give adaware a go incase something dodgy about. All virus checking is upto date and runs everynight by the way.

try to goto msconfig|startup and see if something may be running at startup that could be causing this. Uncheck the boxes of things you are sure arent needed then hit ok. It will say that you must reboot but wait. Run crap cleaner as before to shovel the turds out and then reboot and see if it stays gone. If so then it is something in the startup and go from there.
