How can I clean/reset the Background-picture?

Did you try to select "none" on the background part? I am sure it will remove any background image that you used. If you try that and you still see it, then I can't think of anything else.

Hi, annonymus;
it´s so WEIIRD, i did JUST THAT, doesn´t work, i still have a rest of a wallpaper in the right lower corner of the screen. This is a pretty new acer, running pretty well, this must be some perverted window-trick (sorry). This is my friends machine.
Thanks for your effort!
