clean up Internet registry settings

I use so many internet tweaks and i have a feeling that its slowing down my internet speed, and also my ping i think. I've deleted the programs and now I want to know how to get rid of every single tweak that changes the registry. I want to set all the internet settings back to default. eg TTL and all that .. and maybe if someone could tell me how to manually change the registry settings also .. thanx
