Every time window starts chkdsk starts.I have 4 drive c,d,e,f only drive d having chkdsk.How do I stop it?.

1. Run the Registry Editor (regedt32.exe)
2. Under the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE subtree, go to the following subkey:
\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem
3. Change the DisableScandiskOnBoot entry to:
01
(note: using the value 00 will re-enable)
