Chkdsk security descriptors

i start my computer and everytime it starts chkdsk runs. and it always ends with unable to read the security descriptors data stream. i have used chkdsk /f and chkdsk /r. neither work. I have XP home, sp1. please help me anyway u can on correcting this error.

AceComp: another option is to stop chkdsk from running on each boot;

chkntfs /x c:
