hi all
few questions regarding CHDDSK in XP:
- does it make any sense to run this from a "command" window (without /f parm). When we run it from it here, it reports errors. However, when run from properties\tools\error checking which wants to do it at start up, it appears there are no errors. which leads to 2nd question
- is there any chkdsk logging? when run at start up the messages go off the screen so fast you can't tell what it says. Would it pause there if errors were found?
