chkdsk feezes

When i turn on my Pc,WIndows starts fixing errors in my c: drive.But when it gets to 80% it just freezes when fixing some folders in LOCAL SETTINGS\TEMP directory...i tried to delete the files manually but i can't...how can i fix my chkdsk to work properly?10x

See if you can clear cache from the IE settings.
Then run scandisk or chkdsk from safemode.
