I have been searching the files in my system, is this a normal file. What do I look for, to see anything out of place Like if FIle is supposed to be an MP3 and it has a JPEG in it, that is obvious, but what should I look for please.

Lol, you're either severely paranoid Greg, or you've got a serious problem. Contact your ISP and enquire about changing your IP address.

Greg, my suggestion would be, if you don't know what that file means, then you probably shouldn't be tinkering around in your system folder. It's nice that you are curious about files, but the system folder isn't a playground. The file appears to be used on a Windows98 OS, or a Windows98 software, have you installed a Win98 program? Then this is probably where it came from. I would have to say, take a deep breath, run an antivirus scan, and relax, it's probably nothing!
