Dear group:

I have two mpeg's that have a messed up aspect ratio when I play them with WMP. One is too narrow and the other is too wide. I tried TMPGEnc and I get an error message when I try to overwrite the files.

Is the any other program that will change the aspect ratio?

thanks,

kerry

Don't overwrite the files, create new files with different names than the original.

Thanks max00. What you suggested worked on one of the files. When I try to TMPGenc wont open the file. I get an error. And then suddenly I realized that I had the trial version and the "mpeg2 trial period has expired."

Bummer! Don't you hate it when that happens?:)

Thanks again my cyber friend for all the help.
