Im the admin of this computer, how could i change the desktop wallpaper of another user [on the same machine] myself?

logon as 'another' user and right click on the desktop, select properties. in the desktop section you can change the background.

The easiest way would be to sign in as the other user and change it.

But of course if that person is passworded and all that then you would have to do an edit in the registry.

Crank up regedit and load (hive) the user's NTUSER.DAT.

It should be under...

hklm\control panel\desktop

Make sure you unload it when you're done.
