i have xp oprating system in english language.but i want to change it enlish to arabic

Googling tells me you have to buy the Arabic version of XP.

You can get live CD versions of Linux that use Arabic. Live cd means you run the operating system off the Cd. Once you get used to Linux, you can install some versions on your hard drive.
