Is there a way that I can change my I.P address? This is to get to use a computer game modifications site that I suspect has accidently blocked my current I.P address so that I dont see anything but a blank white page. Its been like this since october. This was happening on my old computer aswell so the problem is not on my end. There isnt a contact email address for the site owner. Please help me?

You can use proxy server for example. It will hide you IP and this site will detect IP of this proxy (if the proxy is anonymous) Free proxy list: proxy.org To check their efficiency go to http://www.checker.freeproxy.ru/checker/index.php
To set proxy (in IE) go to Tools - Internet options - Connections Tab - Lan settings - tick Use a proxy server for your LAN and write working proxy IP and port. If you want not to use proxy server - just remove the tick.
