changing Folder Icons Win XP Pro

I can change the folders icons on my desktop, and the regualar folder icons. BUT! I can't change the folder icons that are already there. What I mean is... There are folders like: "My Videos, My Music, My Pictures, & My Webs" that don't have the "Customize" tab when I click on the "Properties" after right clicking those folders themselves. How can I change those folders Icons to my own custom icons, like I have on my Desktop?
