Hi there,

I would like to ask if there is any program that is able to change .dat file format to .mp3 file format ? Because I have some VCD which I only wanted the music, without the pictures.

Is it possible to do so ?

VCD Cutter can do that

You need an Mpeg Audio extractor (the audio would be mp2 not mp3)

Also, VirtualDUB should be able to do that.
