Changed the Language. Can't log in

I changed the input language to Russian (Regional and Language Options) and now I can't login because even though I know the password my keyboard only inputs Russian or Cyrillic characters. How do I get out of this one? I don't think it's possible to change the input language back to US - English without logging in or is it? What can I do?

I figured it out. There was no need to reset the password in the registry. All I had to do was to enter my password using the ALT+### key sequence. That did the trick.
Thanks to all of you who replied to my message, though. I appreciate it.
