Hi,

I wanted to use the option of the "Welcome Screen" and "Fast User Switching" but every time that I go there in the control panel, the options are grayed out and a pop up box tells me that a program has disabled these options. It tells me that I must remove the program if I want the options, then it gives me a "clue" as to what the program might be by providing me with the name of the (allegedly) responsible dll (awgina.dll). I found this dll and I worked out that it belongs to PCAnywhere 10 which I use regularly. How do I prevent PCAwywhere from interfering with XP short of removing it?
