I read on a post here you cannot change your system drive letter that is BIG BS you can go to Microsoft Support and look for article ID 223188 this gives a step by step list on how to change this. here is the link

Apparently NOT!!! The article IMMEDIATELY says it is NOT for changing a drive letter of a working drive, one where the drive letter has not been already changed. It says it if for the RARE time when SOMETHING happens to change the drive letter and the drive NO LONGER works and it should ONLY be used to change that drive letter BACK to the ORIGINAL WORKING drive letter. THAT was apparent in the first 45seconds of reading!

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
