Change Date Format with a switch

Does anyone know if its possible to switch my date format other then going manually to the regional settings an change it there? I guess these settings should be stored in the registry, but I did not find where. What I want is to export the settings - and then import it back whenever i need it. Does anyone know where those settings are stored and if it is possible to change them so simply. Thank you

Did you check HKCU\Control panel\International? or HKU\DEFAULT\Control Panel\International? Life's more painless for the brainless.
