CF card wont read in PDA or Comp

Hi,

I have been having a problem with my CF card. It is a Lexar 12x 256mb card and it worked fine for the longest time, but now seems to freeze up my Dell AXIM X5... My computer will read the contents but but won't let me access them. I have tried formating it and it Wont do it for some reason with windows formater...

Is there any software that can do this other than the Windows Formater? or is there another thing I should try?

Hi David

Per chance, are you able to format the CF card while it is in the PDA ?

I can format a CF card in my Canon digital camera, so maybe your PDA will let you do the same ?
