When I insert a CD-RW that I've been using for backups, I get a Blue Screen of Death as soon as I insert the disk into the drive. (I'm running Windows XP SP3,
The specifics of the message are: BAD_POOL_HEADER, followed by the Tech Info:
*** STOP: 0x00000019 I followed all the suggestions recommended with the blue screen. except for disable BIOS memory option such as caching or shadowing. I need help with finding this option. I have a Dell Dimension 8400
operating system Miccrosoft Windows XP home edition. .I have also run two different registry cleaners. Which helped to the point I could read the CDRW, but when I tried to open what was on the CDRW I got the blue screen of death.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
