Hi, I have a question to ask here about recording to a CD-Ram drive. You see I am trying to copy a Music file onto a CD-RW disc.
You see when I put it in the CD player I only get 6 seconds of play time when it should be 4.90min. Any input would be most welcome! I just hate to use anther CD cause these things don't grow on trees you know, lol
I did try something (Under the record tab) I found the write speed at fastest and I changed it from that to 1x the lowest record speed. I have tried this yet but I'm going to.

What format is the file under?
Some music files are proprietary to the player they are used on and/or the place that you got the file from. As such the cd-ram can't see the whole file and only recognizes the lead in which is standrd to all cd recordings Thus that is what you get.
best practices is to convert all music files to MP3 for storage and standard playback...then get a converter to convert the MP3 file to what ever you want to use to play the file...ie IPOD or for installing to some of the game pods that are out there.
