You can't put a CD File System on a flash drive because of the way the a CD is accessed. Unlike conventional drives, a CD is just one continuous track not much unlike the old vinyl records were.
Because there are no addressable tracks and sectors it wont work. The only way you could make it work would be to write your own driver.

If all you are trying to do is put an autorun file on the drive, that is possible. Just create the autorun.ini file and place it in the root of the flash drive.

You cant make autorun on a usb flash drive. Its a security issue in xp. second, to "StuartS" there is a way to let xp to think that there is a cd drive on the usb flash drive like the "U3" system.
I need to make an autorun from a usb that will work in any computer without install anything, just plag and then autorun some progrem.
