Help!
I can't get my cd writer to recognise my cds! I can't copy cds with nero or any other burning software because of this.
Help and I will be very happy.

I had the same problem. I had about 50 cd's bought on a spindle I used 5 or 6 and put the rest aside. After about 2 months I went to burn a cd and the computer wouldn't read the cd. Thought it was XP screwing up the cd writer. I then decided to purchase a new blank cd and try it out - worked perfectly. For some reason all 44 disks went bad at the same time.
