My new sony DVD,CDR drv combo that i installed was giving me problems(blue screen error shut down when dragging from or to cds., SO i decided to reconnect my old 2 DVD&CDR drives, removing the new combo sony DVD.
Now when i start my computer i get a error (secondary drive not found,F1 continue, F2 run setup.) What do i do?
Both drives are missing.
Thanks for any help.HaveaNiceDay.

jumpers set correctly??
try resetting the cmos with the onboard jumper, or pull the battery for a few minutes

Jumpers are definitely the problem, see how they are setup, on master or slave, they must be setup opposite compared with hard drive jumpers
