hi im having a probelem when i go on internet explorer when i click on ie then a homepage that i didnt want pops up its spyware sweeper and when that happens then a little voice goes ah oh and then my drive opens and that happens everytime i go on internet explorer. what can i do and can you help me?

Assume you've run your AV scan. If you don't have Spybot and AdAware, download them here, install, update, and run them. Delete anything that looks suspicious. Some advise deleting everything since it's reversible. ALso assume your firewall is enabled.
You seem fairly sure you have spyware since you talk about a spyware sweeper.

Salgolf has it, but also get SPYWAREBLASTER from google. It kills some spyware before it can infect you. Rgds
