This is NOT good. My CD drive will not work at all. what i mean by that is i put in a cd, any CD(music, self-burned, manufactored), and it acts like it reads it, except a few loud click sounds that i never heard before, but when i open the CD, Autoplay or other, it says there is nothing on the CD!, someone please help, i need a CD drive!

Tbh, I had that happen to me once or twice. My burner usually works perfectly well, but one day one of my games CDs which is in excellent condition would refuse to be even be read by the CD-ROM drive.
I gave up after a few tries, and learnt how that CD would be more useful as a drinks coaster LOL! :P
My advice is don't give up just yet because quite recently this happened to me again, but fortunately I took the CD out and put in another CD which worked as it should. Later I inserted the original CD and it was read by the drive perfectly.

There are two things here, No.1 your CD drive maybe damage already, If as you say there are sounds you hear from your CD, then your CD drive is physically damage, No.2 is maybe your CD drive is dirty, try to get a CD cleaner and clean it, if it doesnt work then, the go to No.1 and buy a new CD drive.
