Hi,
Bit more info plzz.
Have you made any hardware changes?(if so reseat your ribbon and power cable to your D: drive)

Is it recognised in your devise manager still?(if yes remove it and reboot)

Have you tried rebooting yet?

ok i've never made any hardware changes. When i open up my computer all i have is the (c:) i have no (d:).
Sorry but what is the ribbon?

The ribbon is inside your computer, and goes from the motherboard to your drive.

Be sure your drive is enabled. Get Tweakui (downloadable for free), and be sure there's a check mark in your D drive.
