Help I put a disc in my CD drive and now it won't open or play. The yellow light comes on flashes a few times and goes right back off. Uninstall driver and reinstall didn't help. Hope you can...Thanks Killian

If it won't open, maybe it is hung. Straighten a paper clip and insert the end in the small hold at the bottom of the CD drive and wiggle it around. It should open.

DON'T WIGGLE IT! Just push the paper clip straight in. You will feel it hit "something" as you first put the paper clip in; just keep pushing straight until the drive door begins to open. You should then be able to grasp the door and pull it open by hand.
