cd key regagrding

Specs: Windows XP
i have 30 pcs in my office with genuine operating systems and the os cds are kept in a box.one fine morning i had to format the system when system crashed.but i was unable to find the cd that belongs to the crashed system.how to find it.plz help me?

You are asking us to come over and help you find the CD? LOL

Go to the manufacturer's web site and check for a page that tells you how to do a system recovery. There's a good chance that there is a way to do it without the CD. There is usually a hidden partition with an image of the original system.

FWIW to XP users: When you click on the 'Command Prompt' you are just causing the 'Command prompt' to be displayed. This prompt gives you access to NTVDM.EXE, the 'NT Virtual DOS Manager'.

Only way to find out would be to load magicjellybean on each pc to get their key and then by process of elimination find the key that isn't listed.
