Comment:
Can't open CD Burner from short cut on desk top. Double click on icon to open or right click on icon and click on eject, it says "insert disc". Go to properties and try to open General Tab It says: "Problem with short cut" The name F:\ specified in the target box is not valid. Make sure the path and file name are the same.
I dragged-it, send to desk top for short cut and even re-booted and got the same results. Thanks!

You cannot drag and drop if you want a desktop icon you must right click and send to also make sure the "target box" has the path all the way to the .exe file and make sure the "start in" box has the .exe's folder it is in (i.e. "target" - c:/program files/something/something.exe)
