Hello

I am having a bit of trouble with NAV 2003 Pro.
Whenevr I try to shutdown after having NAV auto-protect enabled, it won't shutdown. I mean, I click shutdown, and it doesn't shutdown. Other apps unload, but NAV just won't let up. the event log gives an utterly useless message("The attempt to shutdown failed.) Killing the process "ccApp.exe" finally lets the system shutdown. Anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix this? I've run liveupdate just today. Symantec apprenelty doesn't know about this problem- there's nothing about it on their KB.

I have trouble shutting Win XP HE down. It often tells me that ccApp is not responding and asks if I want to force a shut down. If I do, then it closes, but I'm not happy with it.

8-))?

Same problem here too!

I run Windows XP and have NAV 2003. When I shut down it says ccApp is not responding.

I reloaded NAV 2003 on my computer but it is still doing it.

HELP!
