I am trying to find a case or a box to carry a tower computer. I need something that will protect the computer and is durable because I take it with me everywhere and DJ with it.

Does this mean your response number 1 have answered the original question you asked?

Why not use laptop instead for travel? Most DJ I know of uses high-end laptops. Laptops is built with mobility in mind. Desktops internal components tend to get dislodged during frequent transportation. Oh well it's your PC.

There are many reasons for not using a laptop. The biggest one is cost. Spill a soda on a normal keyboard for a tower computer and spill a soda on the keyboard of a laptop, then "fix" the problem. Tower wins by 2k dollars.
