Friday when I left work and for a few years before the network was working fine and the way it should, meaning standard XP home or office network w/ 4 computers. We could access all files and computers and view all shared files/folders through My Network Places. Monday morning it was slightly different. Network links and mapped network drives were working, but My Network Places were not displaying networked computers and gave errors that "workgroup" is not accessable. You might not have permission to blah blah blah... Start->Run \\"computer name" works and then can browse shared folders, but is very slow. When it was working, browsing was as fast as if it were directly on my computer. Why cant I view computers and shared resourses through My Network Places all of the sudden?
