Can't View Web Site

A friend has a laptop and there's one web site, that won't pull up. You can type in the address, click on links (from emails and google) and nothing happens. The PC just sets there, like you never clicked on anything. The site can be pulled up on other PCs. I have looked at securities, firewalls, "Allowed & Blocked" sites, cleared the history and temp. files & reset IE settings and the site still won't pull up.... Any suggestions????? Thanks Rick A.
