wa, this just started happening today.. I can't log into hotmail, msn messenger, my online bills, or anything that relates to SLL ; https:// (i assume is the problem). I just recentily uninstalled some MSN messenger add-ins, maybe that did it? I have played with the security settings in IE and even the SSL settings in advance.. and still no progress... any help would be great! thanks

okay, so i have been through the ms knowledge base like 5 times, i even deleted my old profile in xp and created a new one. Un-checked this, un-checked that. I do have 128bit cipher strength, so it is not that. I am not running any firewalls, etc.. Using IE6 on an XP machine. Even reinstalled ms vmachine. Could this be a server (ISP) problem? thanks -justin
