Hi Guys,

I have a very very serious problem that I really can't solve so if anybody can help so great thanks to him,

ok I can't use the internet and I get a fault IP.

explaination:

ok I am connected through the internet by a local network and a router using Dlink switch and router.
the problem is that I was infected by some spywares like hotbar, weather cast, ....etc
after I used the spyware hunter for removing those damn spywares I restarted the computer and the problem begins I can't access the internet and when I used the ipconfing.exe I found that my IP is not the IP that the router gave me 192.168.1.13 I'm given the IP of the switch before the router was connected 167.254.177.72
and here I lost the connection with other computers in the LAN and I lost connection to the internet because all the computers in the lan is using the IPs that starts with 192.#.#.#.

Anyway I made some actions for that:

first: I entered the TCP/IP configuration from my network connection properties I wrote the right DNS and I wrote a fixed IP like the one that the router gives, I wrote the right subnet mask and the default Gateway (I got the numbers from other computers in the same LAN)and when I got the fixed IP suddenly I found that I can access other computers through the LAN but not the internet.
(Note: before this problem the TCP/IP settings was obtaining the IP automatically and there is nothing wrote in the DNS inspite of that my computer have router IP mask)

Second: I reset the the TCP/IP configurations by this command in the cmd: "netsh.exe int IP reset resetlog.txt" the reseting is similar to the reintallation of the TCP/IP.

Third: I exported a registry value from other computer that belongs to the TCP/IP:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip
and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\dhcp

and then merged it in my computer and there is no use.

Fourth:I uninstalled the norton internet security program to remove any firewall ability as well as the windows.

fifth: I uninstalled and reinstalled my network card drivers and I added in a right way the computer to the workgroup and also didn't work.

sixth: I went to the services in the administrator tools and I stopped and restarted the (1. DHCP Client 2. DNS client 3. network connections 4. tcp netbios help)

Look I did everything and nothing worked so please if there any good Ideas to slove this problem it will be a great appreciation

By the way there is another thing although there is no internet activity in the internet explorer and the msn and yahoo messenger and any program using the internet.

I made pinging to an IP address of a website like yahoo.com and there was a positive reply and the network icon flashed as there was an activity.

I'm sorry I forgot this positive pinging happened only after I made the fixed IP in the first step as I wrote previously.
