can't use some of keyboard keys ???

I don't know what happend but now I can't use some of keyboard keys such as : Ctrl + v for paste Ctrl +c and deltel , some of keyboard numbers .. Home key Ctrl +A and + sign may be more ?? help me if you know how to fix this problem .. I don't think there is any problem with my keyboard hardware by the way I am using kazza and I am on line 24h

Hi maha, What is the make and model of your keyboard? Is it USB? Have you tried re-installing the drivers? Are the installed drivers XP compatible? Some keyboard shortcuts may not work if StickyKeys is turned on in Accessibility Options. Have a look at the Windows Help file: Start/Help and Support you may find the answers there Good luck John
