can't use netstat at cmd

when im running cmd then use command like net stat, net user or what ever command it say is not recognized as internal or external.....?????

It is an ext command, so maybe it got lost. Try:

dir /s %windir%\net.*

is not recognized as internal or external.....

That error can also happen if the command is typed wrong. eg., its netstat, not net stat.
