Hello. A few weeks ago, I installed Windows XP (I switched for ME). But now I can't use Internet Explorer. I think the reason why is because when I installed XP, it asked me about my internet options, and how I connected to the internet, etc. (I use AOl and 56K), but I didn't have time to answer all that, so I closed it. So when I sign onto AOL and I try to use Internet Explorer, It always says "Cannot display Page". I tried going to internet options and changing some stuff, but it still didn't work. Could it be my firewall (Sygate)? Are there any settings that I forgot to configure? Thanks.

Morning Brandon,
I would go back into "internet options" and double check the security settings there. There are settings for each of the 4 zones shown there. You can try lowering the settings one at a time for each zone and seeing if it will allow the page to display.
Not being familiar with AOL myself, I would ask AOL tech support for help with the settings.
just my thoughts,
XDon
