Can't use 200GB with WinXP.

Hi, I just bought a 200GB WD HDD but windows is only detecting it as a 131GB hdd. Is there anyway of overcomming this? I tried using partition magic to partition it into 2x 100GB partition but it also only sees it as 131GB. Any ideas?? Thanks
