can't uninstall pc-cillin 2000

When I try to remove pc-cillin 2000 v7.6 via control panel - remove programs it starts removing it then I get an error message saying "Fatal Error during Installation" and everything stops. Pc-cillin is still there.
There is no uninstall in the program itself.
Has anyone got a simple way of uninstallig this program. Have looked on Trend's website to no avail.
I am not technicaly minded so I would appreciate an easy solution.

Try safe mode. Contact Trend if no uninstall.

Hi George, Oil_Tan, hello everyone,
If it doesn't uninstall in Safe-Mode, install the program again and then look for the uninstall.
Also, I found this;
Before uninstalling PC-cillin, you must stop Real-time scanning. To halt real-time scanning, right-click the PC-cillin Real-time Monitor in the system tray, and then click Real-time Monitor to clear the check. The lightning bolt icon turns gray when real-time scanning is disabled.

Thanks, guys. No luck with uninstalling in safe mode. Turned off real time monitor but still no luck. Will try to contact Trend.
