I have Windows XP boxes in a Windows 2003 domain. I have set both Group Policies and Local Computer Policies on the computers to DISABLE using offline files and synchronizing redirected folders. But still, everytime a user with a redirected My Documents folder logs off, it synchronizes on logoff! Why is it still doing this? Any ideas?

There are settings for that in both the Users and Computers area of the GPO, and one will override the other if they conflict, so make sure you have them set in the correct spot.
Also, make sure the policies flowing down aren't opening it back up again (one policy turns it off, but another one reverses that change - and the local policy pretty much looses all the time)....
