can't sign into hotmail or yahoomai

I can log on to chat but when i go to check my email accounts it reverts back to the login screen over and over.

It sounds like a cookie issue? Some sites, like myspace.com, have been doing a lot of weird things with multiple cookies on their site lately, like one specific cookie for each feature page they have (view more pictures, video, etc.).
You may want to take a look at how your browser is handling cookie files (internet properties/privacy tab/sites).

The problem is your BROWSER you must update your BROWSER . But if you still want to log in at Yahoo without to update your browser click than at the login screen '' SIGN IN HELP '' , click than on the LEFT side of the screen "sign in using standard (not SSL) encryption. " after than you can login again I have this problem also before , i update my browser .

I found out that the spam killer of my anti virus program was the culprit.
