I am also having trouble signing into my hotmail account. It tells me my password is incorrect and prompts me to change it. This does not work and says it will email me info to change but won't allow me to have this info sent to any account except my hotmail account (which obviously I cannot access). This is crazy. Does this have something to do with the 4/1 virus we are hearing about. When I try to "get more help" from MS there is a message saying this site is down. My account is being held hostage. This is ridiculous. Any suggestions?
did you install widows live? They may have an answer for you. Change Is Good
