can't send e-mail

Hello! i have a trouble that has to be solved ASAP!!please someone help me..
i use hotmail w/ OutlookExpress, and today i tried to send pics to my friend. but suddenly, it showed an error message.. Now, my PC can't send e-mail to anyone.

It may be that the size of file u want to send is too bigt .. I think It accepts only the file size below 1 MB . So try to zip it and check whether it can be send.
Or if u have more than one pics send them partly .. not all at a time. or u can even change the file format to jpeg to decrease the file size.
