Cant send email to other SBC client

For some reason I can't send email to other sbcglobal.net email accounts, including myself. I only have this problem in Office Outlook 2003. It works fine in Outlook express. I compared all the settings and they appear to be the same. Does anyone have an idea as to why this is occuring. Thank you much.
